Our most valuable asset is the person making decisions each year about when to prune and how heavily, which lots to blend and which variety to plant in which plot. You can’t trust the vines, the sun or the soil to do this work, not even to devise it. The greatest treasure of Hungarian wine is the person capable of all this: the Hungarian winemaker. Together with the soil, the sun and the vines he works at the same theater company, but he is the director, it is his responsibility to create a new experience each year from what nature has to offer. This is why our wines are so unmistakable, they possess unique personalities just like our winemakers. This diversity is the source of an endless wealth and without it the world would lose so many unique flavours.

This wealth is complemented by the winemaker’s vision both of the grapes and the wines to be made, and together they make it possible to create wines with an endless variety of flavours. The basis of your personal choice is a constantly renewing palette in which you will find every type of wine, from sparkling wine to natural sweet wine, from volcanic white wines to full-bodied red wines.
